This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit wesupervise.ai or contact us, why, and how to exercise your rights. It covers the marketing website; data processed in the Supervise platform is governed by the contract and data processing agreement signed with each customer.

Data we process
When you write to us: your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
When you request a demo on the website: your first name, last name, work email, company, company size, role, needs and any message, plus your phone number and preferred time if you ask for a call back.
When you book a demo: the information entered on Calendly (name, email address, company, chosen time slot, any answers).
When you browse the website: technical logs kept by our host (IP address, browser, pages requested), used for security and to keep the website running.
Why, and on what basis
Answering your messages and organising a demo: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in talking with professionals interested in our services.
Keeping the website secure: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Retention
Exchanges with a prospect are kept for at most three years after their last contact. Technical logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the Supervise team and to the providers that help us run the website: Vercel (hosting), Calendly (scheduling) and Microsoft 365 (email).
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and fonts are self-hosted. The demo button opens Calendly, which applies its own cookie policy. If we add an analytics tool, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to leo@wesupervise.ai. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
